Location: Monrovia (with frequent field visits)
Mission:
The HROD Manager coordinates, communicates and implements HR plans and policies. The manager ensures that HR operations are carried out to support the development of the National Association, and manages and administers recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff development and other HR activities. The manager is responsible for building a strong, aligned human resources base within the National Association that can drive the achievement of organizational goals. The manager promotes the application of the organization's values, legal and ethical standards and good management practices, and supports the development of a stable, committed and high-performing workforce.
